CEO of StellarOne, Katharina Dalka has close to 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy advisory services. With her professional background in Europe, Africa, and Middle East, and being a Stanford, Yale and Black Swan Group Trained Negotiatior, her speciality lies in complex cross-boarder and intercultural negotiations.

Speaker at Finovate, Cambridge WIB, Financial Time, Africa Pay & ID Expo, and Africa Banking Forum, she hones the skill of closing diverse, intricate, and challenging deals.

She began her career in Paris as an IT project manager, managing major projects like the IT post-merger integration of Air France and KLM. Joining strategy consulting boutique Teknowlogy, she was then named Head of M&A/Fintech and built the European Teknowlogy Corporate Development Practice from the ground.

 After 14 years in Paris, she moved to London and worked for “Technology Fast500 EMEA ranking” company MotorK as Head of Corporate Development before starting her own business where she was in charge of Acquisitions and Corporate Partnerships.

Now, with StellarOne and Bia by StellarOne, she uses her experience to lead her team and successfully grow her company.

She is fluent in English, French and German and communicates in Spanish, Italian and Moroccan Arabic.
